  • Unused Block Hours expire automatically after 12 months
  • 30 minute idle time before disconnection
  • Maximum 5 Hour session limit
  • Maximum speed is 56Kbps
  • $20 setup fee (waived if you signup online)
  • 10 Email addresses
  • 25Mb space for personal webpage
  • Uploaded data does not count toward quota
  • Data between Velocity users does not count toward quota
